I just came home from town with Fer not too long ago and I decided to finally blog on my Tioman trip! These are from my camera and Flo's version shall be post up some other day ya.
Day 1:
I crashed at Cassan's place the night before and we woke up like around 4 plus in the morning to start preparing to head out. Reached Golden Mile Complex around 6am but only boarded the bus at 730am. We were super pissed cause the bus driver stopped way too far from the complex and we didn't even know it has already arrived. We thought the bus hadn't arrived and we also checked with the agency guy who told us that it wasn't there yet. The bus driver grumbled that we didn't check out and he talked till as though it was all our fault cause all the passengers were already on board. Ta ma de.
Bus jammed at customs and we only reached Mersing for our ferry transport at noon. Took the stupid ferry damn long to arrive at Tioman. We checked in at our resort and shit, the whole room was super hot. Like blazing hot that kind. That's not the only shitty thing. My bed was full of ants and I didn't even realise until Cass told me when I switched on the air-con. Complained to the people there and they gave us keys to the other rooms. Spot checked all the beds first before we were finally satisfied and settled down.
Time was around 3.30pm and we decided to go makan makan. Ate the ramly burgers and boy, were they super yummy! The burger was actually really simple with only egg, chicken, lettuce and chili sauce. I think the chili sauce makes it super delicious and without it, I don't think it will be that nice.
Went to the rockfall to relax and the water there was really crystal clear and refreshing. Soaked ourselves in the freezing water and some people there even bathed in it ok. And of course we took pictures. I shall decide if I wanna post them up cause they were really unglam alright.
After the very very nice rockfall, we slacked at the beach and in the mean time, tried to capture a series of our high jumps with my camera before heading back to our resort for a shower. I swear we were like lunatics jumping around lohhh. There was only one successful shot taken without me inside! Look out for it! I didn't bring any shades there and I had to borrow from the rest while we were taking photos. Cassan's ones were the nicest out of the three.
Settled down for dinner at the resort and afterwhich, we went to try out the life jackets for our snorkeling activity the next day. Ended the night with playing cards in our rooms. Saw this super huge lizard which scared the hell out of me when it came out from the side of the basin while I was brushing my teeth. I was super freaked out ok and I got all paranoid and refused to step into the toilet. I swear it was the biggest and fattest lizard I've ever seen in my entire life. The rest agreed too. Oh ya, we also freezed our asses to the max cause the air-con was super cold.
Day 2:
Started the day early with our breakfast and then got ready for snokerling session! Our tour guide brought us to our first location where I got to buy my vodka while the rest bought souvenirs. Travelled to our second location which was the first snorkeling place. The fishes there were big and ain't that beautiful. Kanna bitten by some of them somemore. The third location which was the second snorkeling place was the one that I really liked cause the fishes were damn chio and colourful. We really enjoyed the activity and it was super shiok with the fishes swimming around us while we fed them with bread.
I can't remember what we did though after the snorkeling session which lasted for half a day. I guess the excursion caused me memory loss. Hahaha.
There isn't any snorkeling photos posted up as I didn't take any with my camera and instead, we rented an underwater camera which costs 49.50 ringgit. The photos are developed already but damn, not all were taken nicely. What a waste. The first picture that was taken with the four of us together wasn't in the camera as well.
Day 3:
The third day was supposedly our last day in Tioman but the rest thought that 3 days wasn't enough and so we had it extended for another day in our package. It was actually our so called free and easy day and we requested our snorkeling tour guide to bring us around. We tong pang his ferry and he dropped us at Tekek. We jalan jalan along the way towards Berjaya before he picked us up around 2 plus. Didn't buy anything though.
As our tour guide had to bring a group of tourists for snorkeling, we also got to enjoy another session of feeding the fishes. This time round being us seated on the edge of the ferry feeding the fishes with our feet. Haaa. I know smelly lahhh.
Winson or is it Vincent the tour guide found some small live abalone and gave it to us which you can see later in the photos.
We stuffed ourselves with shiok refreshing ice balls after "snorkeling". Did some last minute shopping before heading to the pool for some swimming. I wanted to try out the spa there but too bad, I didn't.
Dinner was the best part of the night. Ordered ramly burgers, satay sticks, pizza and drinks! Yummy yummy! Simple and sweet~ Poor Flo was drunk with just a drink. You should have seen her face - it's flushed. Haaa. Anyway, we sat down, relaxed at the platform and enjoyed the night away with the breezing air.
Cleared our stuffs and packed up for next day's departure. It was Flo's and Yang's turn to crash at our place this time.
Day 4:
Took some last minute photos of our resort before saying sayonara and went for our last breakfast there. I have to say this - our resort totally sucks. We were supposed to stay at another resort but unfortunately, they were all booked up.
Board the ferry at 10.30am and by the time we reached Singapore, it was already 4 plus. Stopped at Causeway Point for early dinner at Mac's before heading home.

The cocktails that I bought and finished half of it while I was in the bus. Managed to take a picture for memory's sake.
